Pregnancy - Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage, to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility. It is tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant woman and their changing bodies.
Pediatric - Infant Massage
Massage therapy is beneficial at any age, including infants and children. Often infants and children are unable to verbally express the aches and pains they may be experiencing. Pediatric Massage helps to maintain healthy muscle tone, prevent injury, improve respiratory function, sleep patterns, gastrointestinal function (constipation), reinforces an understanding of, and brings practical clarity to the issue of healthy touch.
Geriatric Massage
Designed to meet the specific needs of the aging population. It involves using massage to manipulate the soft tissues of the body to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and increase range of motion.
